Michael grew up in Baton Rouge and New Orleans and lived in Dallas for 21 years before relocating to Little Rock, Arkansas in 2006. His lifelong love of the outdoors led to a passion for photography at an early age and in his early 20s, Michael worked as a professional photographer specializing in architectural images. Michael took a 42+ year hiatus from professional photography and devoted his working years to the utility industry as an executive focused on strategy, compliance and public policy, during which time he continued to focus on developing his photography craft in his spare time. Now in retirement, Michael has refocused his efforts on his photography specializing in landscape and wildlife.
